Register now for Headstart 2013!

Headstart 2013 will be held between 12-13 September 2013 at Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops, BC. Follow the steps outlined below and you’ll be ready to pack your bags to meet us in beautiful British Columbia in September 2013! Step 1 – Register for Headstart 2013: It’s Our Party

First Come, First Served! From 1 May 2013, a special promotional rate of $579.00 (+5% GST) is available to the FIRST 75 NEW REGISTRANTS.

On 1 June 2013, or sooner if the promotional rate is sold out, the regular registration fee of $629.00 (+5% GST) will apply.

All registrants receive the full Headstart 2013 package (events, meals, and entertainment). Accomodation, transportation, and pre-conference meals and optional activities are extra. You can register for Headstart 2013 online or by mailing us a cheque and completed registration form.

Registration is limited to 300 particpants, so be sure to sign up soon!

Step 2 – Book travel & accomodations

After you have registered for Headstart 2013, be sure to make appropriate travel plans and accomodation arrangements.

Airfare. WestJet is offering delegates who fly into and out of Kamloops Airport special rates for Headstart 2013. The conference rate applies to travel both three days before and three days after Headstart so, if you plan on staying at Sun Peaks for a couple of extra days or arriving a little early, the discounted rate is available to you.

Accomodation. For Headstart 2013 at Sun Peaks, we have partnered with Delta Sun Peaks Resort. Call 250-578-6000 to make your reservation and ensure optimum room selection.

Cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations are subject to a $70 Headstart cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 April 2013.
